I am glad I had the cleaning completed, 45 min total time. It gives me piece of mind, having your experts clean the fireplace, however I will look for a cheaper solution for next time. I really liked Matthias and Troy 5 stars each for being good guys. I would hire them again. I was surprised I was not given the opportunity to view the inside of the chimney on video as advertised.

I am very pleased with the appointment with Tyler at 2nd Generation Chimneys. He was very thorough, thoughtful and kind. I wasn't home for the appointment time, he waited for me and did a great job ! I will definitely be calling 2nd Generation Chimneys in the future !

I have to say I had reservations about having my chimney cleaned, however my rep had answered every question and not only that but explained"why" . Not just a yes or no. He definintatly. Knew what he was talking about. He also seemed to really enjoy his job and I'm seeing less and less of that. Very polite. Clean, prompt and informative. Carefull 2nd Generation, someone else just might sweep him up. No pun intended.
