2nd Generation Chimney service was fabulous. Everything from talking to Lisa and David in the office to having Tyler and Jayden come to my house and take care of my issues was the best. This project, the resurrection of my home’s wood burning fireplace is very near to my heart. Tyler was the second person to come and “access why” my damper would not open. He was genuine with his words and took time to explain my chimneys issues. He told me some stories about his past work and his certifications in a professional and insightful manner. The day of the Chimney work, Tyler and crew were right on time and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Tyler then spent several moments with me to explain what work they did, and how to properly operate my fireplace. It was so fascinating to learn a bit more about Chimneys. My heart is beyond happy, and my mind is at ease knowing the crew had my back. Bravo to you Tyler, what an interesting craft you have!
