Tyler from 2nd Generations Chimney was prompt, courteous, and very informative. He explained what he found, gave me multiple options and a written report. I called multiple companies and 2nd Generation was more expensive, but with the $40 off coupon from there website plus the only one with video inspection of the whole chimney they were the best choice for me.
